1. Design services only

Draftlure Studio is a visual and web design practice. Our services are design-focused in nature and cover visual composition, layout concepts, typography and spacing systems, responsive visual planning, and branded design coordination. We do not provide software engineering, front-end or back-end development, website hosting, domain management, content management system configuration, payment processing, or search engine optimisation.

2. No guarantee of results

Design is one factor among many that influence the performance of a digital product. While we apply professional skill and care to produce considered, effective work, we do not warrant or guarantee any specific business outcome, including increases in traffic, engagement, conversions, sales, rankings, or revenue. Such results depend on implementation, content, market conditions, and other factors beyond the studio's control.

3. Implementation by others

Our deliverables are design files and documentation intended to be implemented by you or by the technical providers you appoint. We are not responsible for how a design is built, deployed, or maintained, nor for any discrepancy between our design and a final implementation produced by a third party. The fidelity of the finished product depends on the skill and decisions of those who build it.

4. Third-party platforms and tools

Designs may be intended for use within third-party platforms or alongside third-party tools and services. We do not control these platforms and make no warranty as to their availability, behaviour, pricing, or terms. Any reliance on a third-party platform is subject to that party's own terms and policies, and the studio accepts no responsibility for changes a platform may make.

5. Fonts, imagery, and licensing

Our designs may specify typefaces, imagery, or other assets that require appropriate licences for production use. Unless expressly agreed in writing, responsibility for obtaining and maintaining the necessary licences for any assets used in implementation rests with you. The studio does not grant rights it does not hold in third-party assets.

6. Accessibility

We design with readability and inclusive principles in mind and are happy to work toward accessibility goals you identify. However, unless a specific standard is agreed in writing as part of the scope, our design deliverables are not certified as meeting any particular accessibility standard or legal requirement. The content on this website, including descriptions of services and indicative starting prices, is provided for general information only.
